Article Marketing Tips

I have discussed email marketing briefly in my last posting. In this posting I will explain and discuss the power behind

article marketing.

Article marketing is by far one of the free ways internet marketters can draw reliable and targeted traffic to teir website.

Some top notch marketters used this system and they are still using it to build an email list of several thousands of people

to their website. You must have heard the saying that the money is in the list. Hence the more subscribers list you have the

more cash will continue to roll in

The question now is how do you start? The best and the most reliable way to go about it is to identify your NICHE. We are

going to discuss what Niche is in my later posting. However, niche is a particular activities that one is passionate about at

doing.

Hence, if you have a subject you are passionate about, write everythin you know about it and submit. If you are not good at

writing, then you may just locate articles on these areas by doing research work using www.google.com and other relate search

engines such as www.lycos.com, altavista.com etc to find important articles.

When you have the articles using search engines, study them, re-write the articles manually from scratch. It should be noted

that if you download an articles and post them to article directories without re-writing them, you stand the chance of being

banned forever from using article directories

These directories management has spent thousands of dollars and are still spending to install powerful software that

automatically detects when one try spaming a particular directory by posting an article that is already in their archives. So

you must post original content.

However, if you do not have the time, strenght and the ability to write articles, you may consider hiring aghost writer from

www.elance.com or www.scriptlance.com. Usually you will be charged about $5 per 400-500 words article.

Meanwhile, if you are not good in any of these, just think of a niche you feel you can do well and re-write articles on them

or better still you can lay you hands on PRL (Private Label Right) articles and re-edit or re-write and post.

From my experience, I personally bought PRL articles, pick topics that I feel I can confortable work on, and then try working

on the topic for about 3-4hours each day manually re-writing these articles.

Finally, you do need to submit your articles to many directories if you need backlinks and search engine traffic to enable

high ranking of your website or squeeze page.

By doing this, you are on your way to building a profitable list of subscribers that will always buy from you whenever there

is a good offers.

  1. Hi, this is Nicole from Rent a Coder. Rentacoder provides access to programming, writing, illustration, even data entry jobs. You can create a free, non-obligatory account at Rentacoder and access a list of our top U.S. writers at http://bit.ly/5SyK4I (international writers at http://bit.ly/bHKO8v).

I'd like to point out a few differences between our service and services like Elance and Scriptlance however, since those differences could influence the success of an outsourced project.

    Selection of workers:

The more bids you receive, the more bargaining power and selection you have, and the less you have to pay. However, some sites make money for themselves in ways that reduce the # of bids you receive.

Workers on Elance cannot place more than 3 bids a month unless they pay a subscription fee ($9.95/month for 20, $19.94/month for 40 or $39.95/month for 60). This may reduce the number of bids you receive and the worker may pass these fees on to you in the form of a higher price. The majority of sites do not charge subscription fees.

At Rentacoder, we do not place a bid limit on any of our workers for any reason.

    Disputes/Arbitration:

Unfortunately, 10-20% of projects fail (and on some sites this # is higher). If your worker is a bum, it's important the site offers escrowing and arbitration so you are guaranteed to get your money back. However, some sites charge so much for arbitration or make it so time consuming that it becomes impractical.

Elance charges $66.66 or $133.33 for each arbitration, which may make it too expensive to be a legitimate option on your project. And its mandatory pre-arbitration processes allow an abusive worker to stall the start of arbitration (consequently preventing you from accessing your money for *weeks*... 21 business days in fact). Elance's arbitration process can be tricky too, with each part of the process elongated with 3 - 15 business days in-between. What can be particularly frustrating is that Elance doesn't publish the detailed rules of its arbitration process.

Scriptlance doesn't offer arbitration except in rare cases. Because the site doesn't publish its arbitration details, no one knows what those cases may be.

At Rentacoder, we offer arbitration on all projects free of charge and we test your deliverables to make sure they meet requirements. We also prevent abusive buyers from stalling an arbitration's start. In fact, 45% of our arbitrations are completed under a day and 75% of them are completed under a week. Even more, we show the public how our arbitrators make their decisions.

In addition, most of these types of sites let you pay a worker you have employed before by the hour, which is the most convenient and cheapest way. However, Scriptlace doesn't verify the worker's timecard is accurate. On Rent a Coder, workers must punch in and out of a timeclock, and you can see a continuous record of their webcam and desktop, so you know the time is accurate.

There are other differences as well. I invite everyone to compare the 7 major services through this link to learn even more: http://www.rentacoder.com/RentACoder/DotNet/misc/CompetitorInformation/WhyRentACoder_ForBuyers.aspx

If you have any questions, please let me know. You can also call in to talk to a facilitator 7 days a week, or email us (see http://www.rentacoder.com/RentACoder/misc/Feedback.asp).
